Flexifi Customers

What happens if I’m an flexifi customer?

Good news – you don’t need to do anything! We’ll automatically move you over to humm.

All you need to do is log into using your existing log in details and you’ll see all your current purchases and your available balance. No need to change your debit or credit card linked for payment. We’ve got this covered also.

How does humm work?

We’re a retail instalment payment plan facility! In simple terms, we’re an easy alternative to paying with cash or credit card for goods offered by our Retail Partners.
humm allows you to spread the cost of your purchase across our partner stores. Each store has different plans to offer, so best check plans with your chosen partner store (retailer). It’s that simple!
Complete a humm application (please ensure that you are not using Internet Explorer) and we will assess it for you. If you are approved for finance with humm, you can use this approval to make purchases in multiple Retail Partner Stores!

*Upfront fee’s such as application fee’s, monthly account keeping fee (dependent on your plan) & interest per month after your interest free period is over are applicable depending on your bespoke plan.

Can I buy more than one thing?

Yes you can have contracts with multiple partners.

Am I eligible for humm?

To be eligible for humm you must meet the following criteria:

Be at least 18 years of age
Provide proof of PPS number & address
Be an Irish citizen or permanent resident of Ireland
Earn a minimum taxable income of €1,000 per month
Have a current credit/debit card and a photo ID
Have a good credit history

What documents are required?

If you have not fully submitted your application for assessment, you can resume and complete the application through our website, provided you have received a Resume Code. This code appears in the Privacy email you would have received when you requested your Consent Code.

You’ll need to click “Resume an existing application” and enter your Resume Code.

Please note, if your application has already been submitted for assessment, it can’t be resumed. If you need to submit additional documents, simply reply to the email you’ve received from us, or send the relevant documents to with your full name in the subject line.

Your Account

I can’t access my online portal – can you help?

Sure! Visit your online portal, and hit “Forgot your password”. Enter the email address that you used to make your application and we will send you a link to reset your password. Simple!

Hey, why did I get a smaller amount than I expected?

In some cases, we do reduce the amount we give you. This is an extra precaution we take based on our assessment of your ability to repay. Over time, as we get to know you better, we may offer to increase this amount.

How do I update my card details for payment?

Amending your card details is easy through your online portal. Simply visit and click on your agreement number. Your online portal also gives you the option to make a one-off payment, request a statement and change your address.

Can I pay off my humm agreement early?

Yes, you can pay off your humm Agreement early without any additional fees or charges. You will only pay the balance owing (including interest) up until the point of closure.

You can make additional payments at any time, and you can do this as often as you like – simply log in to your online customer portal (you will have received an email about logging in when you made your purchase), and clicking on your agreement number, and click making a “One-Off Payment”. As we said, you can do this is as often as you like!
